South Tangerang, September 22, 2025 – Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Ekonomi (STIE) Ganesha successfully held a Public Lecture titled “From Campus to Corporation: Preparing STIE Ganesha Students’ Careers in the Global Era” on Saturday, September 20, 2025. The event was attended by hundreds of new students and featured experts from leading companies.

The program opened with welcoming remarks from the Chairman of STIE Ganesha, Dr. M. Arief Noor, M.Pd., M.M., who emphasized the importance of providing students with practical insights to prepare them for the increasingly competitive job market.

Four keynote speakers delivered inspiring presentations:

• Kiki Munandar Witarmo (Regional Tax Manager Indonesia & Papua New Guinea, The Coca-Cola Company)

• Achmad Gumelar (Accounting Manager, Caterpillar Finance Indonesia)

• Tri Wahyud (Business Analyst, Asuransi Jiwa Generali Indonesia)

• Nizar Zulkarnain, S.E., M.M., M.Ak., BKP, CMA, Cert.IFR (Lecturer, Bachelor of Accounting Program, STIE Ganesha)

The speakers shared their experiences and in-depth insights into the dynamics of the corporate world, the qualifications required by industry, and effective strategies for building a professional career early on.

Also present to motivate the students, Zubair Arza, S.Sos., M.M., Head of the Bachelor of Management Program, stated: “This event marks the beginning of your big journey. We want to ensure that our students are not only excellent in theory but also equipped with the mentality and readiness to contribute directly in the workplace.”

Meanwhile, Syarif Hidayatullah, S.Kom., S.E., M.M., Vice Chairman III for Student Affairs and Cooperation, added: “We are committed to continuously building partnerships with various industries. This is essential so that our students gain real-world experience and wide networks, which will be valuable assets when they graduate.”

In addition to the Public Lecture, the event also featured a Technical Guidance (Bimbingan Teknis / Bimtek) session on filling out the Study Plan Card (KRS) through the Academic Information System (Siakad). The session was led by Moh. Tahang, M.M., M.Ak., Head of BAAK STIE Ganesha, along with Devan Rizaldi, S.Kom., M.Kom., Head of SIA Division, and academic and SIA staff members Ahmad Khatimi, S.M., Fadhillah Salam, S.M., and Nurulloh, S.Sos., M.M. This session aimed to ensure that all new students fully understand the academic and administrative procedures.

The Public Lecture is expected to provide a valuable foundation for all new STIE Ganesha students as they begin their academic journey and strive for future success.
