The construction of Campus C of STIE Ganesha, marking its transformation into Graha Ganesha University together with LLDIKTI Region IV and LLDIKTI Region III, took place vibrantly and was attended by the foundation board, lecturers, all campus staff, as well as invited local government officials including the village head, Babinsa, RT, and RW. The event was held at Jl. Tarumanagara 1 RT 02 RW 11, behind the Aldiana Nusantara Building, on November 12, 2025.
The event, themed “The Groundbreaking Ceremony of Campus C,” represents the strong commitment of the YPGG Educational Foundation in continuing its efforts to contribute to the nation by educating the next generation.
The program began at 14.00 WIB and was guided by the host, Tahang, who opened the event with an inspiring message, emphasizing that STIE Ganesha continues to progress and remains committed to becoming an institution that upholds principles and provides quality educational services to all citizens, especially the people of South Tangerang and surrounding areas, creating positive impact for the community and Indonesia as a whole.
In his speech, the Chairman of the YPGG Board of Trustees, H. Alimudin, delivered a brief history of STIE Ganesha’s journey:
Regarding the Regional Supervision Transfer Recommendation, STIE Ganesha received an official relocation recommendation from LLDIKTI III on August 22, 2025, and from LLDIKTI IV on September 24, 2025. STIE Ganesha officially transitioned from the LLDIKTI III (Jakarta) supervision area to LLDIKTI IV (West Java), in line with the approval process for its change to university status.
Today, November 12, 2025, YPGG seeks prayers and blessings from all attendees for the groundbreaking ceremony of the new YPGG building, which will further complete the facilities and infrastructure needed for STIE Ganesha’s transformation into Graha Ganesha University,” he stated.
Lukman, Head of LLDIKTI Region IV, expressed his appreciation for the foundation’s efforts as a path toward goodness.
“West Java is a vast region, with 420 higher education institutions that I must serve, which demands significant effort and attention. A regional division between Bandung and Banten is currently being discussed to improve service efficiency. With the transition into a university, I hope STIE Ganesha can create greater impact for the surrounding community. Data shows that the number of students pursuing higher education in South Tangerang is still very low: 78% of the 28 million who finish secondary school, only 32%—around 380 thousand—continue to higher education. Hopefully, the presence of Ganesha University will encourage more students to pursue their studies,” he explained.
Meanwhile, Trimunanto, representing the Head of LLDIKTI Region III, conveyed a message: “With this transition, may you continue strengthening the spirit of collaboration, as our standards of service remain the same across all regions in Indonesia,” he stated.
The event proceeded smoothly with a spirit of gratitude, recognizing that this agenda had long been prepared to enhance service quality and fulfill educational needs that positively impact the people of Indonesia, particularly South Tangerang and its surrounding areas.
