Jakarta, 5 August 2025 — The Student Executive Board (BEM) of STIE Ganesha has officially become a member of the Indonesian Association of Economics Student Senates (ISMEI) for the DKI Jakarta Region, a national-level student organization that facilitates movement and collaboration among campuses in the field of economics.
BEM STIE Ganesha’s membership in ISMEI marks a strategic step to expand networks, strengthen student representation, and open up broader cross-campus collaboration opportunities, particularly within the Jakarta region.
President of BEM STIE Ganesha, Muhammad Nur Hidayat, stated that this participation is part of the board’s commitment to fostering a more active, open, and courageous organizational culture that is ready to take part in strategic student forums.
“This isn’t just about joining an organization. It’s about creating space for our peers on campus to be more active, more progressive, and confident in proudly representing our alma mater. We want STIE Ganesha students to grow as part of a strong and impactful student movement in economics,” he said.
Through ISMEI, BEM STIE Ganesha aims to continue advocating for strategic student issues, building inter-campus collaboration, and enhancing the leadership and intellectual capacity of STIE Ganesha students on a broader scale.
