Ciputat, 12 September 2024 - STIE Ganesha has successfully held a Workshop and Evaluation on Strengthening the Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) Program, aimed at enhancing the quality and implementation of the RPL program within the institution. The event was conducted with support from the Belmawa and Achievement Task Force of LLDIKTI Region 3, represented by Mrs. Dian Rusdiana, S.Pd., M.Pd., who provided evaluations, guidance, and essential insights into the implementation of this program.

As part of the workshop, a benchmarking session was also held, featuring a distinguished speaker, Dr. Sri Rahayu, S.E., M.Si. from Budi Luhur University, known as one of the institutions that has successfully implemented best practices in the RPL program. Dr. Sri Rahayu shared her extensive experience and expertise, providing practical examples and strategies for optimizing the RPL process, which has been successfully implemented at Budi Luhur University.

The Head of BAAK STIE Ganesha, Mr. Moh. Tahang, S.E., M.M., expressed positive comments on the success of this event. "This workshop marks a significant step forward for STIE Ganesha in optimizing the potential of students through the recognition of their prior learning. It is a tangible commitment to support students' career and educational development through RPL, providing opportunities for LIFELONG LEARNING," he said.

In line with this, Dr. Ady Firdaus, M.M., also conveyed his appreciation for the execution of this event. "The RPL program at STIE Ganesha is an important innovation in higher education, and through this workshop, we can strengthen the strategy and implementation at STIE Ganesha. We believe this will have a positive impact on students, alumni, and especially the RPL Assessors at STIE Ganesha."

In his remarks, the Chairman of STIE Ganesha, Dr. Joned Ceilendra Saksana, M.M., gave strong motivation to all participants. He also expressed deep gratitude to LLDIKTI Region 3, which has always accompanied and guided STIE Ganesha in every step of its development. "We are very grateful to LLDIKTI Region 3, especially the Belmawa and Achievement team, who always provide valuable support and guidance. Through strengthening the RPL program, we are not only recognizing the learning that has been achieved previously, but also opening new pathways for students to achieve even greater accomplishments.
